The Object Of The Procurement Is The Maintenance And Fault-Repair Services Of Elevators In Properties Owned Or Managed By The City Of Rovaniemi And Rovaniemi Koulutuskuntayhtyt, Including Products, As Well As A Rescue Service. The Scope Of The Maintenance Contract Also Includes Participation In Periodic Inspections, 24/7 Breakdown Service And Customer Service, As Well As Service Documentation. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices 2 Price Form And A Maintenance Agreement. Rovaniemi Koulutuskuntayhtymä Has Authorized The City Of Rovaniemi To Carry Out The Tender And Sign The Procurement Decision. However, The City Of Rovaniemi And The Rovaniemi Koulutuskuntayhtymä Jointly Sign A Maintenance Contract. Contract Period The Maintenance Contract Is Valid For Five (5) Years (See Section 4.1 Of The Maintenance Contract For More Details).
