Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Education And Research – Reconstruction Of The Central Library 1St, 3Rd And 4Th Np In The Všb-Tuo Campus. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction And Layout Modifications In The 1St, 3Rd And 4Th Floors Of The Všb-Tuo Central Library Building. The Goal Of The Building Modifications Is To Concentrate All Supporting Activities For The Comprehensive Development Of Všb-Tuo Students In The Uk Pavilion And Thus Create A Community Center That Will Follow On From The Newly Built Ph.D. Academy In The 2Nd Floor. On The 2Nd Floor, The Walk-Through Hall Will Be Separated From The Escape Stairs By Double-Leaf Doors With Side Glass Skylights. The Internal Staircase In The Western Part Of The Building Adjacent To The Library Will Be Demolished From The 1St Floor To The 3Rd Floor. The Staircase Connecting The 4Th Floor And The 5Th Floor Will Be Preserved - It Provides Access To The Offices And The Roof On The 5Th Floor. The Corridor On The 5Th Floor Will Be Supplemented With Fire Partitions. On The 1St Floor Of The Úk Building, The Existing Gatehouse Incl. Its Facilities Were Converted Into An Information Center. On The 1St Floor Of The Connecting Neck, A New Cafe Will Be Built In The Premises Of The Former Script Office, Including Facilities, A Preparation Room And Facilities For Employees. A New Barrier-Free Toilet Will Be Built In The Cafe Area For Visitors To The Cafe. The Adjacent Leveling Staircase Connecting The Café Area With The Hall In The Úk Building Will Be Newly Constructed. A New Operating Entrance To The Cafes Facilities And A New Separate Entrance For The Public Will Also Be Established. The Glazed Area Of The Facade Will Be Adjusted So That It Is Possible To Insert A New Four Portal Doors After The Parapet Masonry Has Been Demolished. The Operational Entrance Will Be Supplemented With A Leveling Staircase With A Platform In Front Of The Door. Above The Door Will Be Added A Cover Of Light Steel Construction. A Covered Terrace With A Bioclimatic Pergola Will Be Newly Built In Front Of The Cafe And An Access Walkway To The Cafe. The New Layouts On The 3Rd Floor And 4Th Floor Will Be Created Mainly From Glass Dividers Made Of Aluminum Profiles, In Order To Achieve Illumination Of The Internal Corridors. Renovation Or Complete Replacement Of All Water Distribution, Sewerage, Electrical Installation, Hvac Will Be Carried Out In The Treated Parts Of Both Floors. On The 5Th Floor, The Roof Area Will Be Supplemented With Outdoor Air Conditioning Units. Access To The Roof Will Be Provided By The Existing Closed Staircase In The Library Area. The Corridor Will Be Divided By Fire Partitions. The Subject Of Construction Works Is Also The Execution Of All Other Works Defined In Detail In The Project Documentation. In Addition To The Execution Of Construction Works, The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Preparation Of Documentation For The Actual Execution Of The Construction.
