It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Vltav Philharmonie – Ensuring Automatic Backup Of Project Data Including Disaster Recovery. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Proper And Timely Performance By The Supplier Of Automatic Backup Of All Project Data Currently Stored On The 10 Autodesk Forma Platform, Including All Parameters And Services Specified In The Agreement And Its Annexes (Services). The Services Are Divided Into Four (4) Phases According To The Type Of Activity: A) Phase 0 – Activity No. 0 – Setup And Configuration, I.E.: Initial Setup And Configuration Of The Sync Tool And Backup Environment According To Annex No. 1 Of The Agreement. The Supplier Undertakes Within This Phase 0 To Ensure All Activities Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Agreement, As Well As All Other Activities That Are Usual For The Given Type Of Services And That Can Reasonably Be Requested With Regard To The Purpose Of The Agreement And The Nature Of The Services Provided. (Activity #0 Or Phase 0); B) Phase 1 – Activity No. 1 – Synchronization Of Folders, Files And Their Versions, I.E.: Regular Backup Of Project Data Stored On The Autodesk Forma Platform, In The Scope, Manner And Under The Conditions Specified In Detail In The Agreement And Its Annexes. Within This Phase 1, The Supplier Undertakes To Ensure All Activities Specified In Appendix No. 1 Of The Agreement, As Well As All Other Activities That Are Customary For The Given Type Of Services And That Can Reasonably Be Requested With Regard To The Purpose Of The Agreement And The Nature Of The Services Provided. In Fulfilling This Phase 1, The Supplier Is Obliged To Actively Cooperate And Coordinate With The Vlf And Mhmp Teams, With The Vf Pm And Other Suppliers Designated By The Customer. (Activity #1 Or Phase 1); C) Phase 2 – Activity No. 2 – Synchronization Of Issues, Account Users, Business Units And Project Roles So That All Information Is Up-To-Date And Consistent (These Activities Are Initiated At The Instruction Of The Client) And Further According To Annex No. 1 Of The Agreement. Within This Phase 2, The Supplier Undertakes To Ensure All Activities Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Agreement, As Well As All Other Activities That Are Customary For The Given Type Of Services And That Can Reasonably Be Requested With Regard To The Purpose Of The Agreement And The Nature Of The Services Provided. (Activity #2 Or Phase 2); D) Phase 3 – Activity No. 3 – Ad Hoc Activities, I.E. Activities Performed Exclusively At The Instruction Of The Principal, Including In Particular: Disaster Recovery, Consultation, Data Visualization, Preparation Of The Mechanism For Offline Backups, Management Of Backups And Recovery Of Data (Recovery Engine), The So-Called Exit Pds And Other Activities Related To The Subject Of Performance According To Annex No. 1 Of The Agreement. As Part Of This Phase 3, The Supplier Undertakes To Ensure All Activities Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Agreement, As Well As All Other Activities That The Principal Assigns In A Written Instruction And That Are Related To Subject 11 Of The Performance, As Well As Activities That Are Usual For The Given Type Of Services And That Can Reasonably Be Requested With Regard To The Purpose Of The Agreement And The Nature Of The Services Provided. E) (Activity No. 3 Or Phase 3); The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Defined In More Detail In The Tender Documentation Appendices (Especially In The Draft Contract, Which Forms Appendix No. 2 Of The Zd).
