A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. If During The Implementation Of The Contract, After Signing The Contract, Legal Regulations Introducing New Technical Requirements And Mandatory Standards Are Announced, The Contractor Will Introduce Them In The Vehicles Before Handing Over The Buses To The Ordering Party. 4. The Scope Of The Order Included, Among Others: All Public Law Charges, Costs Of Technical Tests, Acceptance, Fulfillment Of Obligations Arising From The Granted Warranty, Costs Of Documentation, Software, Licenses, Transport, Unloading At The Place Of Delivery, Insurance Of The Risk Related To Loss Or Damage Of The Subject Of The Order Until Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Installation Of Charging Stations, Periodic Inspections, Preparation Of All Documentation, Including Tests Necessary To Be Carried Out By The Office Of Technical Inspection, Access To The Service Platform, Staff Training. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent Words. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, The Relevant Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Sopz Documentation (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order), It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Sopz Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 7. The Use Of Labels In The Sopz Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Deliveries Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party.
