The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Running A Transfer Station (Hereinafter: Sp) In The Olsztyn Commune Or Olsztyn County For Biodegradable Waste With Codes 20 02 01 And 20 01 08, By Accepting This Waste And Managing It In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Acceptance Of The Above-Mentioned Waste Must Take Place In The Olsztyn Commune Or Olsztyn Poviat, While Their Processing May Take Place Outside The Olsztyn Commune And/Or Olsztyn Poviat, Also In The Installations Of Subcontractors Who Have Permission To Process Them. 3. Biodegradable Waste (20 02 01) Is Municipal Waste Collected In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Ministry Of Climate And Environment, I.E., Among Others: The So-Called Green Waste From Households And Housing Estates Collected By Residents Or Cleaning Services In Bulk Or In Bags - In Accordance With Local Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Companys Home Communes, Assuming That This Waste May Include Kitchen Waste (It Will Not Constitute More Than 10% Of The Accepted Waste). 4. Biodegradable Kitchen Waste (20/01/08) Is Post-Consumer Kitchen Waste, With The Exception Of Bones, Meat And Other Animal Remains, With A Possible Admixture Of So-Called Waste. Green Waste, Coming From Households And Housing Estates, Collected By Residents In Bulk Or In Bags, In Accordance With Local Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, Assuming That Green Waste Will Not Constitute More Than 10% Of The Accepted Waste. 5. Bio-Waste Will Be Delivered In A Bag Or Bagless System. The Contractor Will Organize Separate Places For Receiving Bagged And Bagless Waste. 6. After Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of Communes From Which The Bio-Waste Will Come From And A List Of Companies Collecting This Waste. 7. After Accepting The Waste, The Contractor Will Process The Waste Or Transfer It To An Installation With A Permit For Its Processing. 8. Bio-Waste Will Be Subjected To Aerobic Or Anaerobic Treatment, Resulting In The Creation Of Compost, Digestate Or Other Material Or Substance That Will Not Be Waste. The Obtained Compost, Digestate Or Other Material Will Be Used As A Product, Material Or Substance And Placed On The Market As A Fertilizer Or Agent Improving Soil Properties On The Basis Of A Permit From The Minister Responsible For Agriculture (Certificate). 9. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Operate A Transfer Station For Biodegradable Waste With Codes 20 02 01 And 20 01 08 For A Period Of 12 Months (As Part Of The Basic Order). The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Extending The Operation Of The Transfer Station For An Additional 12 Months. 10.
