Espoon Asunnot Oy Is A Rental Housing Company Owned By The City Of Espoo, Whose Purpose Is To Provide Housing Services For The Municipalitys Residents. The Company Currently Owns About 315 Properties And About 17,000 Apartments In Them. We Are Asking For Your Offer For Espoo Asunnot Oys Property Maintenance Services In The Following Area: - Area 3.11: Kiltakallio, Suvela, Suna, Saarniraivio And Ymmersta, Which Has 31 Properties. The Contract Starts On 1 October 2026. The Agreement Is Initially Fixed-Term For 18 Months And Continues Indefinitely Thereafter, Unless Either Contracting Party Notifies In Writing No Later Than Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Period That The Contract Will Not Be Extended. The Notice Period For The Contract Valid For The Time Being Is Six (6) Months. Key Management With Customer Service Points Is Not Included In The Request For Quotation. Customer Service Can Be Handled By Phone And Electronically In Addition To The Work Done On The Property. The Offer Is Made On The Offer Form. On The First Page Of The Offer Form, The Monthly Prices Of Seasonal Maintenance For Different Properties Are Indicated, And On The Second Page The Prices Of Separate Works To Be Ordered Separately. Companies Belonging To The Same Group May Submit A Total Of No More Than One Offer. Based On The Scoring Of The Tender, One Operator Will Also Be Selected As A Substitute For The Property Maintenance Area. If The Contract Is Later Terminated Or Terminated With The Operator Selected As The Actual Service Provider, The Subscriber Can Start Contract Negotiations With The Alternate Operator.
