Building Construction Work – Peaceplus - Sanctuary Theatre Refurbishment. **Note This Is Not An Above Threshold Exercise But Is A Notice To Highlight This Tender Is Live On Esourcing Ni** This Project Will Regenerate The Cultural And Arts Venue, Sanctuary Theatre, In East Belfast. The Theatre Is Located In Mountpottinger Non -Subscribing Presbyterian Church, It Is One Of The Oldest Buildings In East Belfast Having Been Established In 1875 And Extended In 1899 With The Addition Of A Foyer. A School Hall Was Added In 1906. The Works Comprise The Refurbishment And Upgrade Of The Existing Church Building To Support Its Continued Use As A Community Theatre And Performance Space. The Scope Of Works Focuses On Improvements To The Building Fabric, Internal Layout, And Building Services To Enhance Functionality, Accessibility, And Compliance With Current Standards.
