The Proceedings In Question Include The Purchase And Delivery Of: 1) Multifunctional Electric Beds With Equipment - 178 Pieces, 2) Bedside Cabinets - 178 Pieces. 3) Variable Pressure Anti-Decubitus Mattresses - 70 Pieces. 2. Along With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Ensure Installation And Commissioning As Well As Training Of Employees Operating The Equipment. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026. Medical Devices Must Be Delivered And Installed, Complete With Accessories And A Technical Passport, Required Tests, Calibrations, Etc. - Ready For Use. The Date Of The Next Maintenance, Test Or Calibration Is Required. Each Piece Of Equipment Must Be Compatible With The Other Devices Under Consideration If They Work Together. The Device Must Be Brand New And Must Not Contain Used Components. 4. Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Will Provide A Completed Technical Passport With The Date Of Installation And The Date Of The Next Inspection, Along With The Ce Declaration Of Conformity, Entry Or Notification To The Register Of Medical Devices In Poland And An Operating Manual In Polish. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions And Parameters Required By The Ordering Party Is Included In The Declaration Confirming The Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Covered By A Warranty Of At Least 36 Months. 7. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order. 8. The Warranty Period Is Automatically Extended By The Duration Of Each Repair. 9. During The Warranty Period, A Technical Inspection Is Required At Least Once Every 12 Months. 10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Repairs Using Original, New Manufacturers Parts. The Contractor Provides A Warranty For Newly Installed Parts During The Repair For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months. 11. In The Event Of A Failure, The Time To Remove The Failure: Without The Need To Import Spare Parts From Abroad, Should Be A Maximum Of 5 Business Days, With The Need To Import Spare Parts From Abroad, It Should Be A Maximum Of 10 Business Days. 12. Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order - The Capital Care And Treatment Center At Ul. Mehoffera 72/74 In Warsaw (03-131). 13. Delivery Deadline: 14 Weeks From Signing The Contract. 14. The Contractor Is Obliged, Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, To Pay A Deposit In The Amount Of: Pln 65,000.00 (In Words: Sixty-Five Thousand Zlotys 00/100) 15. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract, In The Amount Of 2% Of The Gross Offer Price.
