Tenders are invited for Kiribati South Tarawa Renewable Energy Project (Phase-2), (STREP-2-01-rebid) a Design-Build Contract of the Floating PV plant and BESS project and other items based on the requirements of the Employer A complete set of bidding documents may be freely downloaded by interested bidders from the Tenderlink portal through the following web link: https://portal.tenderlink.com/kiribatimofaed/ Interested bidders are required to register on the Tenderlink portal before downloading the bidding documents. Registration and download of the Bidding Documents are free of charge. 7. A Pre-Bid meeting shall take place as follows: Date : 30 April 2026 Location: Remote (MS Teams link shall be provided) Time : 10:00AM (Tarawa, Kiribati time) A site visit conducted by the Employer shall be organized. 8. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Tenderlink portal using the following web link: https://portal.tenderlink.com/kiribatimofaed/ as specified in the Bidding Documents, on or before 10:00 am (Tarawa time) on 08 July 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration described in the Bidding Documents. Late bids and hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
