Request for proposals for Executive Compensation Benchmarking Study 2. Description of Services The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provide Human Resource and Labor Market Data Specialists and Consultant Firms an opportunity to present their features, qualifications, experience, and capabilities to provide the scope of services in relation to the needs of CRS for our Executive Compensation Program. CRS is seeking a third party supplier that will support executive compensation for benchmarking and provide review/documentation for intermediate sanctions. It is intended that one (1) contract will result from this solicitation. Any contract arising from this RFP action shall commence on the date the contract is executed on behalf of CRS, or such other date as CRS and the Supplier shall agree. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to start on or around June 2026, for a two (2) year duration with the option to renew for one (1) year. The full Scope of Work is detailed in Part B of this RFP. 3. Submission of Questions and Proposals RFP document clarification questions must be submitted by email and reference RFP # US10200. RFP-related questions must be received by 9:00 a.m. EDT on April 22, 2026. Copies of replies will be sent to all known participants. All such questions and inquiries must be received by the date and time as outlined. All questions will be answered in blind copy to all bidding organizations. Proposals are to be submitted no later than the RFP Closing Date specified on Page 1. a) Bidders shall submit a proposal that is signed and officially stamped. b) Bidders shall submit official proposals via email to

Bidders shall ensure that the RFP number is specified in the message subject line and that submissions do not exceed 10MB. c) The Subject line must include the RFP Number and Company Name. d) Late proposals will not be accepted.
