Tenders are invited for Provision of Service Delivery on Establishing Testing and Analysing Field Trial on Biochar-Based Fertilizer Production SCOPE OF PURCHASE Qualified offers (bids) are sought from competent bidders registered to the Kingdom of Cambodia in Cooperation with People in Need and designated agricultural cooperative (AC) to assist PIN in assessing the feasibility, viability, and sustainability of transforming cashew cultivation waste, including tree trimmings and cashew apples, into biochar-based fertilizer. The project also aims to study the potential of this transformation in generating carbon credit. Detailed requirements are specified in the Annex 1: Terms of Reference (ToR). OUTCOME OF SELECTION PROCESS The contract awarded to successful companies is a Contract for Providing which will commit PIN to purchase the specified quantity of services as defined in the contract at the agreed prices. Submission Requirements INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PROCESSING THE PROPOSAL Proposal must remain valid for the period of no less than 60 days from the date of closing unless withdrawn in writing before the close of proposal. Electronic proposal has to be submitted via email: Email should be addressed to email provided in the contact details. The subject of the email should be (KHMC000438) / Applicant Name/ Date. All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to. Emails should not exceed 15 MB if the file sizes are large, please split the submission into two emails or more. Do not copy other PIN email addresses into the email when you submit it as this will invalidate your proposal. Or Physical proposal has to be submitted: Proposal should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addresse. The envelope should clearly indicate the Request for Proposal reference number KHMC000438 / Do not open before (insert deadline for proposal submission), but contain no other details relating to the proposal or the applicants name. All supporting documentation should be labelled and grouped together (individual envelopes, stapled etc), and then included in a single sealed envelope as per the above. In case of two-envelopes method, each envelope must be sealed separately and Proposal received after the closing date & time will not be considered.
