Tenders are invited for Supply & Installation of Chemical Dosing Packages of Sewerage Treatment Plant at Defence Headquarters Complex Project - Akuregoda 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla and inspect the bidding documents free of charge at the same address from 20th April 2026 until 21st May 2026 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs during working days. 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 20th April 2026 until 21st May 2026 from 0900 hrs to 1500 hrs during working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Five Thousand Five Hundred (LKR 5,500.00). The method of payment will be by cash or Bank draft drawn in favour of the Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. 7. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 1000 hrs on 28th April 2026, and a site visit will be held on the same day after the pre-bid meeting at the Project Management Unit of Defence Headquarters Complex site at Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. 8. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below or shall be deposited in the Tender box placed at the address below at or before 1000 hrs on 22nd May 2026. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. 9. Bids shall be valid up to 07th August 2026 (77 Days after the date of Bid opening). 10. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid-Security" of Sri Lankan Rupees One Hundred Sixty Thousand (LKR 160,000.00) obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in the form of an unconditional and on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 04th September 2026 (105 days after the date of Bid opening).
