Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Air Conditioners - 2026 A Complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written request with the Company Registration, VAT Registration Certificate & VAT Clearance Certificate to the Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, District General Hospital, Trincomalee from 22/04/2026 to 05/05/2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. during working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Two Thousand only (Rs. 2,000/-). All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the total bid value from a recognized commercial bank which is approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, valid for 105 days from the date of 2026.05.06.
