Food Or Feed Contamination Protection Services – Services For Monitoring Health Rules For The Production And Distribution Of Food And Drinks In The Buildings Of The Gsc Of The European Union In Brussels And For Council Meetings In Luxembourg. As Part Of The Activities Of The General Secretariat Of The Council Of The European Union (Sgc), The Catering Unit Provides Collective And Protocol Catering Services (Catering) To All Members Of Its Staff And Other Institutions, To Delegates From Member States And To All Participants In Meetings, Including At The Highest Level. This Represents More Than Half A Million Meals Served In Our Three Restaurants In Our Buildings Located In Brussels And Several Hundred Protocol Services Annually. Certain Councils Of Ministers Take Place In Luxembourg In The Eccl Building (European Convention Center In Luxembourg) During The Months Of April, June And October And For Which The Sgc Offers Protocol Catering Services Only. As Part Of The Application Of The Contract In Force Between The General Secretariat Of The Council (Sgc) And The Catering Contractor, The Tenderer Must Offer: • The Provision Of Audit Services In Order To Assess Compliance With Obligations In Terms Of Food Safety (Hereinafter: Food Safety), In Particular The Conformity Of Infrastructure And The Implementation Of Good Hygiene Practices And Self-Checks (Haccp). These Audits Will Be Based On Visits At Regular Intervals To All Kitchen, Restaurant, Cafeteria, Bar And Food Vending (Hereinafter: Vending) Installations In The Buildings Where The Sgc Organizes Catering. • A Support Function Consisting Of The Provision Of Opinions And Advice On Food Hygiene; • Carrying Out Microbiological Analyses; • Any Other Relevant Control Linked To The Collective Or Protocol Catering Activities Offered To The Sgc.
