The City Library In The Listed Villa Building In Hemer Is To Be Converted And Expanded To Include The Rooms Of The Adjacent Former Factory And The Adjacent Coach House, Which Is Also A Listed Building. Furthermore, The Expansion Of The Library Area In The Front Area Towards The Street Is Planned, Which Ends With A Generously Glazed Post-And-Beam Façade And Connects The Villa And Coach House Buildings. As Part Of The Conversion/New Construction Work, Earthworks, Demolition And Shell Construction Work Must Be Offered. This Applies To All Components (Villa, Factory, Coach House).
