The University Of Jyväskylä (Jyu) Is Acquiring It Expert Services For Programming And System Development Work Related To Its Operations, Project Activities And To Act As Part Of The Universitys Own Strong Personal Identification Process/Team. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Sufficient Expert Resources For The Customer At The Desired Level Of Expertise. Jyväskylä University Of Applied Sciences (Jamk) Has The Right To Acquire Services Based On This Competition Under The Same Conditions. The Selected Tenderer Is Required To Be Able To Provide All Necessary Services To The Customer In Accordance With The Operating Model Of The University Of Jyväskylä And The Selected Technologies And Systems In Use. It Is A Framework Arrangement For One Supplier, Where The Supplier Must Offer Experts Appointed To The Expert Pool At The Customers Disposal. In The Framework Arrangement, In Addition To Hourly Work, Fixed-Price Assignments, Such As Consulting, Integration Construction And Service Maintenance, Can Be Procured As Contract-Based Work. Assignments Will Be Agreed In More Detail During The Contract Period Separately. The Pricing Of Assignments Must Be Based On The Prices Stated In The Offer. In Principle, Future Assignments Are Always Assigned To The Experts Named In The Request For Tender Or Later Accepted Into The Expert Pool. More Information About The Content Of The Procurement Can Be Found In The Appendix Description Of The Procurement Object. Jyväskylä University Of Applied Sciences Participates In The Tender In Such A Way That It Decides To Order The Service Depending On Its Needs And Does Not Commit To A Specific Order Volume In Advance. If Necessary, Jamk Makes Its Own Procurement Contract With The Supplier. The Anticipated Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is A Maximum Of €800,000, Which Includes Jamks Possible Share (Vat 0%).
