Tenders are invited for Procurement of Janitorial Services for BOI Building and Other Facilities at Biyagama Export Processing Zone for a Period of Two Years (2026-2028). 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management) Zone Management Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana, on Tel Nos. 011 2465213 and 011 2465206-9 or Fax No. 011 2465227 and inspect the bidding documents from the same address from 21st April 2026 until 04th May 2026 between 09.00 hrs and 16.00 hrs during normal working days. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management) of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana from 21st April 2026 until 04th May 2026 between 09.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000.00 + SSCL + VAT in cash to the Shroff at the Finance Department of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, at Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana. 6. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, C/o Senior Deputy Director (Zone Management), Zone Management Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana at or before 10.30 hrs on 05th May 2026. Please mark clearly on the envelope containing the bid "Procurement of Janitorial Services for BOI Building and other Facilities at Biyagama Export Processing Zone for a Period of Two Years, and Contract No. B/Z/ZM/2026/07." Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing time in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend. 7. All bids shall be valid up to 05th August 2026. 8. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Hundred Five Thousand Rupees (Rs. 205,000.00). Bid Security shall be valid up to 07th September 2026. 9. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10.00 hrs on 29th April 2026 at the Office of Director (Zone) of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana.
