Tenders are invited for Security Services for Mechanical Workshop Premises, Vehicle Service Station and Maganeguma Emulsion Plant Premises at Angulana, Mechanical Workshop at Anuradhapura and Mechanical Workshop at Udukawa for 2026/2027. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security (address to the Director General, RDA) valid up to 20.08.2026 for the amount Rs. 250,000.00. Any Bid not accompanied by a valid Bid Security will be rejected. Complete set of bidding documents shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Deputy Director General, Procurement Management Division, Road Development Authority, 4th floor, "Maganeguma Mahamedura", No. 216, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mw, Koswatta, Battaramulla from 21.04.2026 until 06.05.2026 during office hours on 9:00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-Refundable Tender fee of Rupees. 4,500.00 (Inclusive of SSCL & VAT) per one document by depositing to the Bank of Ceylon - Corporate Branch Account Number 0000001943 in favor of Director General, Road Development Authority for contract. The original payment slip should be produced when purchasing the Bid Documents. As per the public contract act.no.3 of 1987, the agent and successful winners of the tender shall be registered in the Department of Registrar of companies.
