The Client Hereby Invites Competition For The General Contracting Contract In The Project 52302888 Årdal Town Hall - Rehabilitation Of Heating System, Btr. 2. Competition In This Second Building Stage Is Limited To Radiator Systems From The Ground Floor To The 3Rd Floor. In The Town Hall. All The Buildings Radiators Must Be Replaced. The Existing Heating System/Pipe System In The Boiler Room In Årdal Town Hall With Associated Electrical/Automatic Systems Was Replaced In The Summer Of 2025. Existing Radiators (57 Pcs.) With Pipework For These Are From Remodeling In 1996. Nb! The Oldest Reed Plant In U.Etg. Is From 1960 And Contains Asbestos-Containing Material/Insulation. This Must Not Be Touched In Construction Stage 2. (Planned To Be Carried Out Only In Construction Stage 3, Summer 2027).
