Subject Of The Procurement Procedure: The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement According To § 131 Zzvz Between The Technical Services Of The City Of Litoměřice, A Contributory Organization, As The Contracting Authority, And One Selected Contractor, For A Period Of 4 Years With The Assumption Of Starting From 1 September 2026, Or Until The Completion Of All Construction Work According To The Framework Agreement In The Amount Of Czk 30,000,000 Excluding Vat (Hereinafter Only Framework Agreement). Subject Of The Public Contract: The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts On The Basis Of The Framework Contract Is The Surface And Finishing Treatment Of Roads And Their Components - Especially Roadways, Sidewalks And Related Areas, E.G. Parking Lots, In The Administration Of The Contracting Authority Or In The Administration Or Property Of The City Of Litoměřice, For Example Laying A New Asphalt Carpet Aco11, Leveling The Bituminous Surface, Etc. The Subject Of Performance Is Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 3 Of The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As Zd) – Framework Contract. Public Contracts Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Contract Without Renewal Of The Competition In The Sense Of § 134 Zzvz. The Contracting Authority States That The Actual Scope Of Road Surface And Finishing Works Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Contracting Authority And The City Of Litoměřice And On The Financial Resources Available To The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Points Out That It Is Not Obliged To Award Any Public Contract On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement And Furthermore That It Is Not Obliged To Award Public Contracts On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Even Within The Specified Minimum Expected Scope. Performance Period: From September 1, 2026, Or From The Entry Into Force Of The Framework Agreement, If It Occurs Later, For A Fixed Period Of 4 Years.
