The Contractor Shall Identify And Supply All Long Lead Time Materials Prior To Starting The Renovation Work To Shorten The Construction Schedule And Ensure Availability Of All Other Necessary Resources During Construction To Maintain The Schedule.• Install Minimum Eight (8) Feet High Construction Fencing Covered By Privacy Screen To Secure The Work Area. A Minimum Of One (1) Week Notice Needs To Be Provided By The Contractor When Disruptive Noise And Dust Are Expected.• Apply Proper Dust Control Methods When Dust Is Expected From The Construction And Renovation Work. Silica Dust Created From Concrete Cutting Must Be Controlled As Per Worksafebc Regulations.Information Meetingan Information Meeting Will Be Hosted By The City Representative To Discuss The City’S Requirements Under This Rfq (The “Information Meeting”).
