The Construction Site Is Located In The Ruohonpää District Of The City Of Turku, Block 29, Plot 21 (853-75-29-21). One Three-Story Apartment Building With A Total Of 22 Apartments, Approx. 1294.2 Sq.M., Has Been Planned For The Site. On The Ground Floor Of The Building Are The Technical Spaces And The Common Spaces Of The Object. On The Site Of The Building To Be Built, There Is A One-Story Courtyard Building, Which Houses A Warm Civil Shelter And Semi-Warm Storage Facilities, The Demolition Of Which Is Included In The Contract Where Necessary. The Contract Also Includes Warehouse Construction, Car Parking Areas, Lounge Areas And Yard Equipment, Earthworks And Plantings To The Extent According To The Reference Plans. The Project Is A Rental Property Supported By Varke. The Offer Is Requested At A Fixed Total Price For The Aforementioned Works. The Carports Specified In The Site Plan Have Been Negotiated With Building Control To Be Omitted As A Minor Deviation. The Design As A Whole Is Included In The Contract And The Tenderer May Use The Implementation Solutions He Deems Best Within The Boundary Conditions Guided By The Competition Material.
