The Works To Be Ordered Are Mainly Small Maintenance Or Contracting Works Of Properties Owned By The Municipality Of Vihti (E.G. Schools, Kindergartens, Health Center And Library), As Well As Properties And Premises Under The Control And Responsibility, The Duration Of Which Varies. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Order Or Purchase Quantity, Because The Amount Of Future Work Is Not Known In Advance. Tasks Are Not Specified. Orders Are Made As Needed And Within The Budget. In Exceptional Cases, The Customer Reserves The Right To Bid For Some Special Individual Larger Items As A Separate Procurement. Three Contractual Partners Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement.
