The Contract Includes The Construction Of The Käpyläntie And Kullervonkatu Roundabout To The Extent Indicated In The Contract Documents, In Accordance With The Tender Documents, With All Related Works And Purchases Fully Completed. The Developer Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98. The Works In Accordance With The Contract Documents Must Be Ready And Received, And The Inspections Required By The Authorities And Inspection Bodies Must Be Approved By 14 December 2026. The Form Of The Contract Is A Complete Contract, In Which The Contractor Selected For The Work Acts As The Main Contractor As Defined By Yse And The Legislation In The Position Of Main Implementer. On March 7, 2017, The Ykt Parties Signed A Cooperation Agreement Under The Name Joint Municipal Engineering Site, In Which The City Of Helsinki Is Named As The Main Customer And The Other Contracting Parties As Customers. In This Agreement, The Ykt Parties Are E.G. Agreed On The Appointment Of A Joint Safety Coordinator According To Vna 205/2009. From The Customers Of The Ykt Site, All The Obligations Of The Main Contractor Mentioned In The Commercial Documents Of This Contract Are Transferred To The Main Contractor. Section 1.7 Of The Contract Program Lists The Developers Ykt Parties, Separate Contracts And Section 3.4 Other Procurements By The Developer. The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Are Also Specified In The Contract Limit Appendix. In Addition To The Work According To The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, The Contract Includes Site Management Duties And Site Services, Which Also Apply To The Separate Contracts Of Section 1.8 And The Separate Procurements Of The Developer In Section 3.4 And The Procurement Limits Of The Ykt Parties Presented In The Contract Limit Appendix. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Package. As A Construction Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In The Contract Limit Appendix. The Quantities Shown In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Customer. In Terms Of Overall Economy, The Offer That Is The Cheapest In Price Among The Offers That Meet The Requirements For The Suitability Of The Provider Set By The Developer. The Subcontractor/Subcontractor Of The Contractor In The Customers Contractual Relationship Has The Right To Further Subcontract/Subcontract The Work. Chaining The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Well-Founded Reason, And The Written Consent Of The Customer/Builder Must Be Obtained.
