The City Of Kerava Is Tendering For The Procurement Of Seedlings Of Keravas Trendy Plants For The Period 2026-2027. The Procurement Also Includes A One (1) Year Option Period For The Year 2028. As A Rule, The City Acquires The Seedlings Of The Investment Sites Itself And Strongly Wants To Invest In The Quality Of The Seedling Material. Every Year, Kerava Invests In Plant Species Experiments In Parks And Street Knife Experiments. Procurement Is Divided Into Three (3) Sub-Areas: Sub-Area 1: Trees Sub-Area 2: Shrubs And Creepers Sub-Area 3: Perennials And Grasses The Tenderer Can Make An Offer For One Or More Sub-Areas. The Tenderer Can Be Selected As A Supplier For One Or More Sub-Areas. There Is No Limit To How Many Areas A Bidder Can Be Selected For. In This Procurement, A Framework Arrangement Is Established, In Which The Three Most Economically Advantageous Bidders Are Selected For Each Sub-Area, Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Set In The Request For Tenders And Other Mandatory Conditions And Minimum Requirements Set For The Bidder And The Bid. The Lowest Price Is The Basis Of The Overall Economic Advantage. The Suppliers Accepted For The Framework Arrangement Do Not Place Themselves In A Mutual Order Of Priority Within The Sub-Areas. The Contract Draft Attached To The Request For Tenders Describes The More Precise Details Related To Ordering During The Contract Period, Such As When The Customer Can Use Direct Supplier Selection And When A Simplified Tender Must Be Organized Among All Suppliers Involved In The Framework Arrangement. The Customer Uses The Same Procurement Model For All Products Of The Nurseries. Making Parallel Offers Is Prohibited. Other Units And Entities Of The Kerava City Group Are Not Obliged To Use The Contract, But They Have The Right To Do So.
