The Offer With The Lowest Price Is Selected From The Offers, Which Meets All The Requirements Set In The Request For Offers: Local Knowledge Of The Drivers, Experience In Similar Tasks, Flexibility To Changes And Suitability Of The Equipment. Drivers Must Be Reachable At The Agreed Time With A Quick Schedule In Case Of Unexpected Needs. Willingness To Use The Bus With Driver If Needed (Ready Time Approx. 30 Min From Call). On-Call For Waiting Times Should Be Organized In Such A Way That It Is Ensured That E.G. Forgotten Supplies Can Be Picked Up From The Bus Within 30 Minutes.
