According To Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Requires Submission Within A 5-Day Period Of Justification For The Method Of Forming An Offer In A Participants Offer Related To Price Or Costs, When It Is More Than 20 Percent More Favorable Than The Average Value Of The Other Participants Offers According To The Same Evaluation Indicator - When Evaluating Three Or More Offers.
