The Technical Support Of The Aml (Advanced Mobile Location) Service, Implemented In The National System 112 On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, Includes Support (Software And Hardware) Of: Software And Hardware Provisioning (Client And Server); Network Provisioning - Software And Hardware; Integration With Incident Management Software - Command Mp 4.16, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. According To Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Requires Submission Within A 5-Day Period Of Justification For The Method Of Forming An Offer In A Participants Offer Related To Price Or Costs, When It Is More Than 20 Percent More Favorable Than The Average Value Of The Other Participants Offers According To The Same Evaluation Indicator - When Evaluating Three Or More Offers. For The Purposes Of Art. 72, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Ppa, When Evaluating One Or Two Offers, As A Basis For Comparison With Regard To The Total Price Proposed By The Participants In Euros Without Vat, The Contracting Authority Determines The Announced Estimated Value Of The Order Specified In The Announcement.
