The Public Procurement Is For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement And Includes The Following Activities: 1. Subscription Service Of An Information System For The Information Service Of The Budget And Fiscal Reserve (Iobfr) (The System). The Subscription Service Is Carried Out According To The Scope And Requirements Described In Detail In Item 3.1.1. Etc. 3.1.2. From The Technical Specification For Subscription Service And Functional Development Of An Information System For Information Service Of The Budget And Fiscal Reserve (Iobfr) - Appendix No. 1; 2. Design, Development And Implementation Of Amendments And Additions To The (Functional Development/Updates) Information System For The Information Service Of The Budget And Fiscal Reserve (Iobfr). The Activities Are Carried Out According To The Main Guidelines For The Development Of The System, Described In Item 3.1.3. From The Technical Specification For Subscription Service And Functional Development Of An Information System For Information Service Of The Budget And Fiscal Reserve (Iobfr) - Appendix No. 1 And The Corresponding Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 4, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Framework Agreement; A Total Volume Of The Activities On Functional Development/Updates Of The System For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement And The Contracts Concluded On Its Basis Is Foreseen Of Up To 2,000 (Two Thousand) Man-Hours. 3. Warranty Support Of Relevant System Updates. After The Expiration Of The Relevant Warranty Maintenance Period, The Service Of The Relevant Updates Becomes Part Of The Subscription Service Of The System Under Item 1. Based On A Notification/Request From The Contracting Party. The Scope, Nature And Manner Of Implementation Of The Functional Development Included In The Public Procurement, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties In Connection With The Implementation Of Each Of The Commissioned Updates, Will Be Determined In The Corresponding Written Request Of The Contracting Authority To Supplement An Offer, The Relevant Contract(S) Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement And According To The Supplemented Offer Of The Contractor Regarding Each Specific Contract For The Award Of Functional Development. The Scope, Nature And Method Of Implementation Of The Subscription Service Of The System Are Defined In The Framework Agreement And Its Annexes, As Well As In The Contract For Subscription Service - Project No. 2 And Its Annexes.
