The Goals Of The Project Proposal Are The Deinstitutionalization Of Care For People With Disabilities, Realization Of The Rights And Opportunities For Social Inclusion Of People With Disabilities By Providing A Network Of Diverse And Tailored Services And Support Measures In The Community And Home Environment, Building An Accepting And Supportive Attitude In Society, Prevention Of Institutionalization By Providing Integrated Support For People At Risk Of Social Exclusion.
