The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Exercise Of Authors Supervision According To Art. 162 Of The Zut On All Parts Of The Investment Project During Construction In The Period From The Signing Of The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level Of Construction - Act No. 2A Under Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Ends With The Issuance Of A Permit For The Use Of The Site. The Contractor Should Carry Out The Activity In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On The Development Of The Territory And The By-Laws Regulating The Activity Carried Out. A Draft Contract Containing A Complete Description Of The Duties Of The Contractor In The Exercise Of Copyright Supervision.
