Tenders Are Invited For Subscription Out-Of-Warranty Maintenance Of Medical Equipment And Equipment

The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of Zop. The Subject Of Awarding This Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Activities: Subscription Out-Of-Warranty Technical Service And Repair Of Medical Equipment, Equipment, Facilities, According To The Attached Technical Specification, As Well As The Nature Of The Subscription Service Services To Be Performed, Includes The Performance Of Prevention And All Emergency And Current Repairs, As Well As Replacement Of Parts If Necessary. Apparatus, Equipment And Facilities Are Designated In View Of Their Purpose And Are Described In Detail By Type, Model / Brand, Manufacturer, Department And Number In Nomenclature Units Recorded With Their Own Serial Number In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). In The Originally Planned Spectrum (The Technical Specification), A Quantity Of Apparatus, Equipment And Facilities May Be Partially Modified, As Well As New Apparatus/Equipment/Facility May Be Added During The Course Of The Dynamic System. Devices That, At The Time Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Have Warranty Service, No Monthly Subscription Fee Is Due. For These Devices, The Contracting Party Owes The Contractor A Monthly Subscription Fee From The Relevant Day Following The Expiry Date Of The Warranty Service Of The Relevant Device, According To The Dates Specified In The Technical Specification Attached To The Concluded Contract (When Applicable). In The Technical Specification, Groups With Nomenclatures For Which Complex Bidding Is Required (As A Whole) In View Of Their Technological Dependence And The Complex Nature Of The Service, Aiming At Compatibility Between Them, Efficiency Of The Service, Timeliness And Not Delaying The Work Cycle With The Equipment Are Explicitly Indicated In The Technical Specification. Each Participant Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Than One Nomenclature Unit (Where Complexity Is Not Required), And Under The Conditions Of Groups With A Requirement For Complex Bidding - For The Entire Group Or For The Entire Volume Of The Public Procurement. The Term For The Execution Of The Concluded Contracts Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For The Award Of Public Procurement, With The Possibility Of Extension For Up To 12 (Twelve) Months In The Event Of Not Signing A New Contract Or Until A New Contract With The Same Subject Is Concluded Under The Terms And Conditions Of The Public Procurement Agreement.
