The Public Order Covers A Total Of Three Separate Positions, Each Of Which Includes The Supply Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To E-Readable Textbooks. Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To Electronically Readable Textbooks, Published By Klet Bulgaria Ood Publishing House; Separate Position No. 2 - Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To Electronically Readable Textbooks, Published By The Publishing House Prosveta-Sofia Ad, Prosveta-Azbuki Eood, Prosveta Plus Eood; Separate Position No. 3 - Supply Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To E-Readable Textbooks Published By Pearson Education Limited Publishing House, Represented By S.A.N.-Pro Ood. ​​​​​​​The Required Quantities Are Detailed In Specific Requests On The Form Provided By Each Publishing House. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And Electronic Readable Versions Of The Textbooks Depending On The Newly Enrolled Students In The Academic Year 2026/2027. In The Event That There Is A Need For The Delivery Of Additional Reference Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And E-Readable Textbooks, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Quantities, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. 2. The Deadline For The Delivery Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Study Sets Is Until 30.09.2026. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Main Request Is Until 04.09.2026, According To The Schedule Of Activities For Providing Free Of Charge Approved By The Minister Of Education And Science With Order No. Use Of Educational Books For The Children In The Four Age Groups, Textbooks And Study Sets For The Students From I To Xii Grades For The Academic Year 2026 - 2027. 3. Reference Books, Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids Must Correspond To The Lists Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Teaching Kits And Teaching Aids Approved And Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Culture, Which Will Be Used During The School Year. The Same Should Meet The Requirements Laid Down In Ordinance 10/19.12.2017, As Well As Pms 79/13.04.2016 Regulations On Funds. The Delivered Knowledge Books, Textbooks, Study Sets And Study Aids Should Be New, Without Signs Of Use And Properly Completed. The Transport To The Customer Free Of Charge And The Loading And Unloading Activities Are Carried Out By The Contractor.
