The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Warranty Service Of Interactive Displays, Laptops And Other Technical Equipment For The Construction Of A Stem Environment In The Professional High School Of Agriculture Angel Kanchev, City Of Ruse, Under Grant Contract No. Bg-Rrp-1.015-1778, Financed Under The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Delivery, Assembly, Installation, Equipping, Initial Start-Up, Testing And Commissioning Of Equipment For The Construction Of A Stem Environment In The Professional High School Of Agriculture Angel Kanchev, Ruse, Under Grant Contract No. Bg-Rrp-1.015-1778, Financed Under The National Plan For Recovery And Sustainability. The Order Covers The Supply And Commissioning Of High-Tech Stem Equipment, Computer Equipment And Peripherals, Interactive Displays And Accessories, Multifunctional Devices Designed To Provide Training In The Following Areas: Direction 3 Natural Sciences; Vosks;​​​​​​​ The Subject Includes Not Only The Physical Delivery Of The Equipment, But Also All The Accompanying Activities Necessary For Its Functional Use As Intended, Including, If Necessary, Installation Of Racks, Connection, Configuration, Verification Of Operability And Handing Over To The Client In A Condition Suitable For Operation.​​​​​​ The Scope Of The Order Has As Its Main Subject The Supply Of Equipment. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Accompanying Activities Necessary To Ensure The Functional Use Of The Delivered Equipment As Intended, Including Assembly, Installation, Configuration, Testing And Commissioning. The Accompanying Activities Do Not Represent An Independent Subject Of The Order, But Are An Integral Part Of The Delivery. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Ancillary Services, Insofar As They Are Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Delivered Equipment: - Installation And Physical Installation Of The Equipment; - Initial Installation Of Software Products Where Applicable; - Equipment Setup And Configuration; - Installation And Update Of System Software And/Or Firmware When Necessary; - Commissioning And Performing Acceptance Tests; - Training Of The Contractors Personnel To Work With The Delivered Equipment; - Warranty Service And Maintenance According To The Terms Of The Contract. The Specified Services Are Limited To Activities Directly Related To The Delivery And Do Not Include Independent Provision Of Services Outside The Scope Of The Delivered Equipment. Technical Specifications Are Specified In Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Documentation.
