The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Textbooks, Study Sets And To Request Access To E-Readable Textbooks Depending On The Newly Admitted Students In The Academic Year 2026/2027. In The Event That There Is A Need To Deliver Additional Textbooks, Study Sets And Provide Access To E-Readable Textbooks, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
