The Public Order Includes The Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Provision Of Access To E-Readable Textbooks For Free Use By Students From I To Vii Grades In Kocho Chestemenski Primary School - Plovdiv, For The Academic Year 2026/2027. In Two Separate Positions: Op No. 1 - Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To E-Readable Textbooks From Prosveta - Sofia Ad Publishing; Op No. 2 - Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Kits And Access To E-Readable Textbooks From Publishing House Archimed 2 Eood; The Required Quantities For Each Individual Item Are Detailed In Specific Requests On The Form Provided By Each Publishing House, With The Total Value Of The Public Procurement Amounting To A Total Of 28156.70 Euros Without Vat, Divided By Items As Follows: For Op No. 1 – 25924.13 Euros Without Vat And For Op No. 2 – 2232.57 Euros Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order More Than The Estimated Amount Of Textbooks, Study Sets And To Request Access To E-Readable Textbooks Depending On The Newly Admitted Students During The 2026/2027 School Year. In The Event That There Is A Need To Deliver Additional Textbooks, Study Sets And Provide Access To E-Readable Textbooks, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
