The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Accumulated Earth Masses (Sbanks) In Order To Ensure The Safety And Proper Functioning Of The Overflow And Drain Structure Of The Racibórz Dolny Reservoir, Together With Filling The Depressions With Loose Material From Excavations, After The Flood In September 2024. The Material Brought By The Flowing Waters Of The Odra River, Lying Above The Original Elevations Of The Feeder Channel, Which Was Deposited On The Canal Widening Section, Will Be Removed. Feeding Directly Above The Overflow And Drain Structure Of The Racibórz Dolny Reservoir.
