The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing Building B-62, Located On The Plot With Registration Number 1/181 (The Investment Also Includes Plot 1/286), Precinct 247, At Rozwojowa Street 37 In Tarnów, Carried Out As Part Of The Investment, As A Result Of Which The Building After Modernization Will Be Called Business Incubator Iii, Consisting In The Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Permit For Reconstruction. Construction Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed In Accordance With Applicable Technical, Construction And Fire Protection Regulations As Well As The Recommendations Of The Technical Condition Report And The Technical Report On The State Of Fire Protection. The Scope Of Construction Works Should Include All Works That Are Necessary To Perform In Order To Put The Rebuilt Rooms Into Use.
