Bankowa 11 In Katowice:1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Roofing Made Of Thermally Weldable Felt On The Building Of The Faculty Of Social Sciences At Ul. Bankowa 11 In Katowice Above The Premises Of The Auditorium Hall And The Student Zone Along With Accompanying Works Including, Among Others: Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Window Sills, Replacement Of The Steel Ventilation Chimney Along With The Reconstruction Of The Top Of The Brick Chimney And Removal Of Steel Ventilation Ducts Along With Repair Of The Facade In The Places Of Disassembly, 2) Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In An Active And Used Facility. During The Construction Works, Teaching Classes Will Be Conducted There, So The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct The Works So As Not To Disturb The Teaching Process.3) Completion Deadline: Up To 3 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Work Site. The Handover Of The Work Site Will Take Place Within 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As: Stwiorb (Appendices No. 2.1, 2.1.1, 2.1.2) And The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 2.1.3), Which Documents Together With The Agreement Should Be Considered Together.
