The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road No. 27 In Grabina From Km 0+000 To Km 0+460 (Rainstorm On June 5, 2025), I.E.: Construction Of The Substructure, Road Surface Made Of Asphalt Concrete, 3.0 M Wide, And Performance Of All Works Resulting From The Specification Of The Terms Of Order, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications Of The Workmanship. And Acceptance Of Works. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Clarifying In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor Cannot Limit Either The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of His Obligations Arising From The Public Procurement Contract. Regardless Of The Degree Of Accuracy And Precision Of The Documents Received From The Investor, Defining The Order To Be Performed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Good Final Result. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. The Ordering Party Considers The Minimum Requirements To Be The Parameters Specified In The Applicable Standards In The Detailed Technical Specifications. The Subject Of The Contract May Be Subject To Modification If, In The Course Of Performing The Works, It Turns Out That The Tender Documentation Contains Defects Whose Existence Makes It Impossible To Perform The Works In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And Standards. In Such A Case, The Parties Will Determine The Scope Of Discontinued And Additional Works And The Scope Of Replacement Works, And The Modified Method Of Performance By The Contractor Will Be Specified In An Annex To The Contract. 2.
