The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Białośliwie, Locomotive Shed Building (Second Half Of The 19Th Century / First Half Of The 20Th Century): Construction Works Consisting Of Renovation Of The Roof Of The Locomotive Shed Building.2. The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Białośliwie, Locomotive Shed Building (Second Half Of The 19Th Century/First Half Of The 20Th Century): Construction Works Consisting In Renovation Of The Roof Of The Locomotive Shed Building Co-Financed By The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Under The Protection Of Immovable And Movable Monuments Program 2026.3. The Task Includes Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Existing Locomotive Depot Building, Which Is One Of The Buildings Located In The Complex Of Facilities Of The Wyrzysk County Railway In Białośliwie. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation, Fencing And Securing The Work Area; 2) Demolition Works; 3) In Part Of The Collapsed Roof, Reconstruction Of The Load-Bearing Wall System, Reconstruction Of Wooden Elements Of The Roof Truss Above The Room; 4) Construction Of A New Roof Covering On The Entire Building Locomotive Shed;5) Reconstruction Of New Skylights Similar To The Existing Ones;6) Construction Of New Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes;7) Construction Of A Lightning Protection System.4. The Complex Of Buildings Of The Wyrzysk District Railway Is Entered Into The Register Of Monuments.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Building Of The Wyrzysk Locomotive Depot Of The Wyrzysk County Railway, Ul. Strzelecka 2, 89-340 Białośliwie.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Construction Manager To Supervise The Implementation Of The Works (In Accordance With Point 6.2.4. Subpoint 2 Of The Swz).8. Guarantee And Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works - Minimum 36 Months (The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Point 16 Of The Swz).9. Construction Materials Necessary To Complete The Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Marketing And Use In Construction And Have Current Certificates Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Technical Approval.10. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Order (Including The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate) Contain The Names Of Producers Of Materials Or Any Other Products Or Products, They Serve Only To Determine The Desired Standard Of Workmanship And To Determine The Properties Of The Technical And Operational Requirements Set Out In The Technical Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities/Bid Cost Estimate For A Given Type Of Solutions, They Are Not Binding And Should Be Treated As The Designers Proposals.
