The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Improving The Quality Of Cultural Infrastructure In The Chełmiec Commune Through The Construction And Retrofitting Of A Village Community Center In Świniarsko. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A New Building For The Village Community Center Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure - Gas Connection, Water Connection, Electrical Connection And Internal Communication With Parking Spaces. In Addition To The Building In Question, The Construction Of A Retention Tank For Rainwater Is Planned. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 7 To The Swz And Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Respectively. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
