A Single-Story Warehouse Building Without A Basement, Covered With A Gable Roof With An Angle Of Inclination Of Approximately 5-10%, On A Rectangular Plan With Dimensions Of Approximately 28.00 X 14.00. The Facility Is Built On Foundation Footings, A Reinforced Concrete And Steel Frame Structure, A Roof Covering Made Of A Sandwich Panel With A Mineral Wool Core Supported By Steel Girders, Walls Covered With A Sandwich Panel With A Mineral Wool Core, A Concrete Industrial Floor (Enabling The Movement Of Trucks Weighing 40 Tons), Gravity Drainage With Water Connections, Sanitary Sewage, Power And Telecommunications. The Designed Warehouse Building Will Be Divided Into Two Zones (Two Boxes): • A Heated Box, Equipped With Two Entrance Gates And An Independent Technical Door On The Western Side Of The Building • An Unheated Box, Equipped With Three Entrance Gates.
