Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Audits

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Carry Out A Recertification Audit (Renewal) Of The Integrated Management System And Two Supervision Audits, Consisting In Checking The Compliance Of The Quality Management System And The Information Security Management System Operating In Krus With The Requirements Of The Following Standards: Pn-En Iso 9001:2015-10 And Pn-En Iso/Iec 27001:2023-08.2. The Krus Integrated Management System Distinguishes 15 Processes, Including 5 Main Processes And 10 Auxiliary Processes.3. Currently, Krus Has A Certificate Valid Until November 20, 2026 Confirming That The Quality Management System And The Information Security Management System Are Consistent With The Requirements Of The Pn-En Iso 9001:2015-10 And Pn-En Iso/Iec 27001:2023-08 Standards In The Area Of: Servicing Insured Persons And Beneficiaries In The Scope Of Tasks Arising From The Act Of December 20, 1990 On Farmers Social Insurance And Farmers Support Organization. The Certificate In Question Is An Important Element Aimed At Increasing The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Management System, Minimizing Risks And Achieving Satisfaction With The Service Provided To Interested Parties At The Agricultural Social Insurance Fund.4. The Certificate Covers The Krus Headquarters And Regional Branches Along With Subordinate Field Offices.5. The Organizational Structure Of Krus, Including Address Details Of The Headquarters, Individual Regional Branches And Field Branches Of Krus, Is Available At: Www.Krus.Gov.Pl/Krus/Struktura/. Currently, Krus Employs 6,212 Employees (As Of April 1, 2026), Working In A Single-Shift System. The List Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Units And The Number Of People Employed In Them Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Be Provided By The Contractor Who, Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Will Have The Accreditation Certificate Of The Polish Accreditation Center For Bodies Certifying Management Systems Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 13, 2016 On Conformity Assessment And Market Surveillance Systems (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2025, Item 568) And/Or Equivalent In Accordance With The Multilateral Agreement With Certifying Entities Quality Management System, Entitling The Contractor To Certify Management Systems For Compliance With The Pn-En Iso 9001 And Pn-En Iso/Iec 27001 Standards. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Be Provided By A Lead Auditor And Technical Auditors Who, In The Last 5 Years Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, Participated In At Least 2 Certification Or Recertification Audits As: Lead Auditor/Auditor, Respectively Technical, Ending With The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Compliance Of The Management System With The Requirements Of The Following Standards: Pn-En Iso 9001:2015-10 And Pn-En Iso/Iec 27001:2023-08, Ending With The Issuance Of A Certificate.8. In The Case Of Entities Acting Jointly, The Service Should Be Performed
