Lubartów.2) The Design Documentation Is To Include: A) A Two-Way Road Of The Municipal Road With An Intersection With National Road No. 19, B) Exits To The Property, C) A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route, D) A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars (Approx. 45) And For Trucks (Approx. 20), E) A Sanitary Sewer With A Connection On Plot No. 55/31 (At A Distance Of Approx. 220 M),F) Water Supply Network With Connection At The Height Of Plot 55/31 (At A Distance Of Approx. 210 M),G) Road Drainage,H) Service Channel, I) Road Lighting. The Project Is To Be Consistent With The Developed And Made Available Road Construction Concept. 3) The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of A Map For Design Purposes; B) Conducting Geotechnical Tests Of The Subsoil; C) Obtaining A Water Permit For Stormwater Drainage Along With The Development Of The Necessary Documents And Applications And Covering Their Costs; D) Obtaining Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment Together With The Development Of The Necessary Applications And Annexes To The Above-Mentioned Documents And Covering Their Costs; E) Developing Technical Construction Documentation To The Required Extent In Individual Industries, Using The Zrid Procedure, F) Developing A Project For Permanent Traffic Organization And Agreeing It With The Competent Authorities; G) Preparing An Application With Annexes And Obtaining A Final Decision On Permission To Implement The Road Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order; H) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; I) Developing Bills Of Quantities; J) Developing Investor Cost Estimates; K) Developing Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection; L) Authors Supervision Over The Works Covered By The Subject Matter Order; M) Transfer Of Copyright To The Ordering Party.
