The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For School Laboratories For The Implementation Of Courses And Classes Under The Project Support For Education In The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center In Sichów Duży, Together With Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And Bringing In The Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Order.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers In This Procedure. The Lack Of Division Does Not Violate The Rules Of Competition Because The Market Of It Equipment Suppliers Is So Wide That Also Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Smes) Are Able To Provide Deliveries Covering The Subject Of The Contract. Combining Deliveries Into One Package Allows Contractors To Offer More Favorable Prices Due To The Larger Order Volume And Optimization Of Transport Costs.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes: Multifunctional Device For Color Printing, Portable Computer Of The Laptop Type, Interactive Monitor, Mobile Electric Stand Designed For Installing Interactive Monitors, Portable Computer Of The Laptop Type4. Equivalent Solutions.4.1. The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows The Offer Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Technical, Functional And Operational Parameters Of The Equivalent Solutions Used Cannot Be Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz. 4.2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Trademarks, Parameters Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Understandable And Precise Manner. In Such Cases, Any References To Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Should Always Be Read With The Words Or Equivalent. In Such Cases, The Contracting Authority Will Also Indicate In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. 4.3.
