The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service Of Feeding Holidaymakers At The Czarlina Recreation Center (Ow Czarlina) In The Period From June 12, 2026 To September 15, 2026, During Five 14-Day Stays And Two 7-Day Stays In The Ordering Partys Shared Rooms, Along With Running A Cafe.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.5. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 6. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract With A Value Of Not Less Than 50% Of The Value Indicated In § 4 Section 1 Of The Contract.7. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, A Person Who, In Accordance With The Principles Of Culinary Art, Prepares Dishes (A Cook) And A Person For Ongoing Contact With The Ordering Party, Unless It Is The Contractor Himself, Who Will Be Present On The Premises Of Ow Czarlina During The Execution Of This Contract.
