1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct A Theoretical And Practical Category B Driving License Course For Students Of Zsckr In Sędziejowice As Part Of The Project Entitled: Improving The Potential Of The School In Sędziejowice. No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0061/24, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027.2) The Aim Of The Course Is To Prepare Theoretical And Practical Drivers To Drive A Category B Motor Vehicle With A Permissible Total Weight Not Exceeding 3.5 T.3) A Total Of 30 Hours Of Theoretical And Practical Classes Are Expected. 30 Hours Of Practical Classes Per Student. An Hour Of Theoretical Classes Includes 45 Minutes Of Classes, While An Hour Of Practical Classes Includes 60 Minutes Of Classes. The Length Of Breaks Is Determined Flexibly By The Contractor (The Duration Of The Break Is Not Included In The Duration Of Classes). Theoretical Classes Conducted In Two Groups Of 15 Students. Practical Classes Conducted Individually.4) Total Number Of Participants: 30 Students Of The School Complex Of The Agricultural Education Center. Władysław Grabski In Sędziejowice. 5) The Course Program Must Be Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Construction Of March 4, 2016 On The Training Of Persons Applying For Driving Licenses, Instructors And Lecturers (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1885, As Amended) And Must Guarantee The Acquisition Of Confirmed Knowledge And Skills That Determine The Possibility Of Taking The Examination. The Course Includes Theoretical And Practical Preparation Required For The State Examination.6) Theoretical Training Should Be Carried Out At The Zsckr In Sędziejowice. The Ordering Party Provides Teaching Rooms At The School.7) Practical Training Should Be Carried Out In The Łask, Zduńsko Wola Or Sieradz Poviats. The Contractor Will Ensure, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Transport Of Training Participants From The Zsckr Building In Sędziejowice To The Place Where The Classes Will Be Held, And Will Also Ensure Return To The Building And Pedagogical Care During The Journey. During The Journey To/From/To/From The Place Of Classes, Practical Driving Lessons Should Not Be Carried Out. It Is Possible To Individually Agree With The Student The Place Of Starting And Ending The Ride.
