1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Fulfillment By The Contractor Of The Duties Of An Investor Supervision Inspector Under The Following Projects: Task No. 1: Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Route On The District Road No. 1368D Between Kryniczno And Malin, Wisznia Mała Commune. Task No. 2: Construction Of A Park&Ride And Bike&Ride In Kryniczna, Wisznia Mała Commune.Task No. 3: Lower Silesian Cyklostrada - Eurovelo 9 Route Running Through The Wisznia Mała Commune - Stage 12. Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities: 1) The Contractor Will Be The Investors Supervision Inspector In The Road And Electrical Industries (Electrical Only Applies To Tasks No. 1 And 2) In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended) And Will Be Responsible For Professional And Complete Investor Supervision Of The Works, Along With Providing Constant Consultations And Professional Advice To The Ordering Party. The Tasks Under This Order Will Include At Least The Following Activities: A) Representing The Ordering Party On The Construction Site By Checking The Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Design, Road Investment Permit/Construction Permit/Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Construction Permit, Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, B) Checking The Quality Of Construction Works And Construction Products, Approving Material Applications, And In Particular Preventing The Use Of Defective Construction Products And Those Not Approved For Use In Construction, C) Inspection Situational Delineation And Control Of The Height Delineation (Determination Of Elevations) Of Work Elements By An Authorized Surveyor, D) Checking And Acceptance Of Construction Works That Are Covered Or Disappearing, Participating In Tests And Technical Acceptance Of Installations, Technical Devices, As Well As Preparing And Carrying Out Acceptance Of Finished Construction Objects, E) Actual Confirmation Of Completed Works And Confirmation Of Removal Of Detected Defects And Faults, F) Checking And Giving Opinions On Draft Contracts And The Contracts Themselves Subcontractors, G) Issuing Instructions To The Works Contractor, Construction Manager Or Works Manager Regarding The Removal Of Irregularities Or Threats, H) Requesting The Construction Manager Or Works Manager To Make Corrections Or Re-Perform Defectively Performed Works, As Well As To Suspend Further Construction Works In The Event That Their Continuation Could Pose A Threat Or Cause Unacceptable Non-Compliance With The Design Or Construction Permit, I) Accepting Certificates Regarding: - Technical Approvals, - Tests Of Materials And Works, J) Enforcing Compliance Of The Completed Works With Specific Technical Requirements, Construction Design, Decision And Conditions Of The Building Permit/Zrid, Technical And Construction Regulations, Standards, Requirements Of Technical Specifications, Conditions For The Execution And Acce
