Quotation are Invited for Dewa-Confidential specification of Annual Maintenance of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting System and Emergency/ Exit Light @ Ruwayyah Central Garage, Tranformer Workshopand Scrap Yard (Phase 1&2) 2026-27scope of work1. The Parties should Visit the Site, and Check the Syste Ms, Assess Therequirements (High Level Access, Consumables, Accessories, Diesel Top-Upand Cables etc...) and Quote the Lump Sum Acco Rdingly.2. The Contractor shall have Approval from Dcd for the Maintenance Offire Protection Systems.3. All Emergency Maintenance Ca Lls are to be Attended 24x7 Round Theclock 365 Days.4. Minimum 4 Services (Preventive Maintenance) to be Carried Outquarterly.5. All Devices have to be Cleaned and Tested each Quarter.6. The Systems should be Maintained as Per Civil Defense Standard Terms & Conditions 1) Prices should be Ddp Delivery Duty Paid at Dewa Stores. 2) Quotation to be Submitted only in Local Currency u.a.e Dirhams 3) Dewa Standard Payment Terms is 30 Days Credit from the Date of Acceptance of Material 4) No Dewa Staff or His or Her Relatives up to Third Degree should have Ownership or Partnership in Your Company, and Your Participation in Dewa Tenders / Rfqs should not Constitute a Conflict or Perceived Conflict of Interest.
